An honest profile
Sox News is a young publication with a small editorial operation. Rather than invent a roster of correspondents, this page publishes what actually exists: a standing editorial desk inside Sox Media LLC, organised into subject desks, with a human editor accountable for every item.
The Sox News Editorial Desk is the standing editorial body of Sox Media LLC. It commissions, edits, fact checks and signs off everything published under the Sox News name.

Accountability
A human editor is accountable for every published item. Publication requires a named human sign off recorded internally, and that person answers for accuracy, fairness, sourcing, labelling and corrections on the piece. The Editorial Desk byline means the item is the institutional work of that desk rather than the work of a single credited writer, and it does not mean no person is responsible for it.
Named editors and contributors
No named editors or contributors are published yet. Sox News lists the desk and its responsibilities honestly rather than inventing people to fill the page. Each appointment appears here, with the role, the remit and the date it took effect, as soon as it is confirmed.
Sox News publishes real names only, with the person's consent, their role, their remit and the date their appointment took effect. Named contributors also publish any standing interests relevant to what they cover, under the conflicts of interest policy.

- Sox News Visual Desk. Applied to imagery, including AI assisted editorial artwork, which is labelled as such.
Adding a name later
The masthead is generated from a single data file. Adding a confirmed editor or contributor is a matter of recording the name, role, remit and start date, and rebuilding the site. Nothing here needs rewriting by hand, which is deliberate: it removes any incentive to leave a role vaguely described.
